US trying to improve Pak Afghan ties

WASSHINGTON: The US Foreign Office spokesman said that America is making efforts to improve the matters between Pakistan and Afghanistan.

During a press briefing in Washington, the US Foreign Office spokesman said that the Pak-Afghan border is a difficult area and there are issues on both sides but more emphasis would be laid on a better mutual consultation on border control in future.

The spokesman said that combined investigations were made for the incident of bombing in Mehmand Agency. Though its results were different but all agreed with them and this cooperation would continue in future also.
