Lymphatic filariasis
Elephantiasis also known as lymphatic filariasis is a disease which is characterized by thickening of skin and underlying tissues; it is caused by Wuchereria bancrofti, Brugia malayi, and B. timori and they are transmitted by mosquitoes.
Hyperchitrosis
Werewolf syndrome or Hyperchitrosis is a disease in which there is an abnormal growth of hair on patient’s body and especially on parts of the body where hair normally does not grow; it is commonly caused by AIDS, tuberculosis etc.
Blue Skin Disorder
Blue skin disorder is a disease in which skin of the patient turns blue, this disease is caused by inadequate amount of oxygen in the blood, these type of people are actually suffering from a condition called cyanosis.
Microspia
Microspia is a disease in which patient’s visual perception is changed, patient’s sees the objects such as animals, humans much smaller size than the actual size, main cause of this disease is traumatic brain injury.
Walking Corpse Syndrome
There are many weird mental disorders in the world. Cotard’s Syndrome or Walking Corpse syndrome is one of them. Cotord’s Syndrome is when a person thinks that he has died, lost his soul, or lost a vital organ. He may even think that he does not has blood. This disorder has been linked to many other disorders including Schizophrenia and bipolar disorder. Some people with this disorder may feel immortal.
